He's worked in media and communications in the North East for more than 15 years having moved to the region in 2003. W create campaigns for clients across a wide range of sectors - from FMCG, restaurants and hospitality, through to technology, luxury, fashion, media & entertainment, sport, and business services, and Christian will share some insights about the importance of an effective brand.

Their team of researchers have developed a deep understanding of the ways that people shop, and Michael will share some of these insights.
Prof. Natalia Yannopoulou, Newcastle University Business School
Natalia's work focusses on consumer behaviour and branding, and in particular concepts such as brand trust, brand crises and perceptions of brands within emerging markets, such as China and the Middle East. She will share some of her expertise around the perceptions of brand authenticity in different marketplaces.
